One of the first in the world to be paid to coach athletes with disabilities, Chris worked with th Australian Institute of Sport's program for 13 years, attending four successive Paralympic Games, including the 2000 Sydney Paralympics as Head Athletics Coach where the Australian team won a staggering 66 medals, 35 of them gold.

 

In 2009 Chris was appointed Manager of High Performance Sport at the Australian Paralympic Committee and served as Chef de Mission for the 2014 Sochi Paralympic Games. 

 

Chris says his greatest satisfaction comes from watching individuals grow and develop to contribute and achieve more than they originally thought possible.

 

He's now taken that passion to the private sector where he trains leaders and managers to better understand their staff and develop strategies to enhance productivity and increase workplace engagement.
